It has the look and feel of that charming lake property you saw in your childhood while swimming in your neighborhood lake. And its amenities include: hardwood floors, quartz countertops, air conditioning, numerous windows that draw in great natural light, off street two car parking, ample closet storage, in-suite laundry, and lake access for water activities (which must be scheduled through the owner). 

Located in the Northgate neighborhood on Haller Lake, the Lake Carriage House simultaneously offers the convenience of city living and the luxuries of country living. It is just as easy to grab a chair and binoculars and do some eagle-watching as it is drive to Northgate Mall to do some shopping. Additionally, Interstate-5 is only a 10 minute drive away; and for those in need of of public transit, there is a nearby bus stop with routes to Northgate and downtown.
