Crown Hill Suite is a newly constructed 500 sq. ft. light and airy studio tucked away in the Crown Hill/North Ballard/Greenwood area of Seattle.  It is a stand alone mother-in-law type apartment that sits next to the private residence of the owner.   It is an extremely private retreat filled with skylights and windows that look out onto trees, it almost feels like you are in a tree house. This studio is filled with incredible light, even in the winter months. Easy access to suite from off-street parking. (There are stairs to get up to suite)

This suite offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, private in-suite laundry, ample closet space,  full bathroom with tub and shower, and a queen bed in a charming bedroom nook.  There is a rear patio that you can enjoy in the summer months.  Parking for 1-2 cars in front of suite. There is even air conditioning for the warm summer months. 

Walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants in the heart of Greenwood nearby. Downtown Ballard is very close with a large selection of popular restaurants, pubs, boutiques, and much more! Easy access to downtown Seattle, University of Washington, major hospitals, etc. via public transportation or by car.

Lease is month to month and rent is all-inclusive. (including wifi, and all utilities). Rent is $1895 per month.  Refundable deposit of $700 to secure your stay. (minus cleaning fee)
