Doral Circle Golf Home is a private residence on the 5th fairway of the Painted Mountain Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. This comfortable, 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence of around 1,500 square feet allows you a front row seat as golfers walk or drive by the par three 5th fairway. 

Both of the bedrooms have queen size beds and ensuite private baths. The kitchen has all appliances, upgraded granite countertops, an eat-in area, plus all cooking equipment that you will need for your stay. There is also a formal dining room to welcome guests over for  dinner. A unique feature that many desert homes offer is an Arizona Room with desk and sitting area just off the huge covered patio overlooking the course. There is also a small lake a 100 yards down the 5th fairway. View the several different varieties of desert cacti on the property. Many residents enjoy an evening walk along the golf course in the cooler portion of the day. A two car garage plus extra spaces behind allow for three off street parking spaces. 

Doral Circle is located a quarter of a mile off the Freeway 202 Loop in a private cul-de-sac, so places you with easy connections to all places of interest in the Valley of the Sun. The Sky Harbor Airport is just 20 minutes from this home. Major shopping and restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes from this home. Laundry in suite and two TVs.

Rental rates are as follows-

$1,500 per month for summer rates (May to August)
